The 5th Annual Constructivist Celebration at ISTE

Maggiano's Little Italy
1201 Filbert Street
Philadelphia, PA 19107

Sunday June 26, 2011

8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

The Constructivist Celebration is an opportunity for you to let your creativity run free with the world's best open-ended software tools in a great setting with enthusiastic colleagues who share your commitment to children, computing, creativity and constructivism. You might think of this stimulating event as a spa day for your mind and soul!

Best of all, the Constructivist Celebration at ISTE 2010 is being held within a few minute walk of the Philadelphia Convention Center, home of the ISTE Conference.

At the Constructivist Celebration, you will enjoy a day of creativity on your own laptop using open-ended creativity software provided by consortium members FableVision, Inspiration, LCSI, and Tech4Learning. Representatives of Consortium Members Generation YES and SchookIT will assist with project development.

Creative computer-using educators deserve to eat like an Italian prince. That’s why this year’s Constructivist Celebration includes Continental breakfast, mid-morning refreshment, three-course Italian lunch and afternoon snacks.

This Year's Theme is Hard Fun!

Special interdisciplinary computer-based challenges will be provided should you accept the challenge.

We know what a difficult school year some of you just endured. Don't you enjoy some hard fun?

This workshop and its hands-on activities are appropriate for PK-12 teachers, technology coordinators and teacher educators. Members of the Constructivist Consortium will lead creative activities and serve as guides throughout the day.

The Constructivist Celebration is known to sell-out very quickly, so register today!
